This sculpture by Gabriel Kuri consists of a number of found and sourced elements in a clear Plexiglas casing supported by a metal frame that functions as plinth. The components include a large anatomical model of the human ear, a stack of large dinner plates on its side with padding foam holding them apart, and a tin can purportedly containing pitted olives. Akin to the displays of exotic specimen, the composite structure rests on landscape of cast concrete.
