The print depicts an assembly of receipts from cash registers, a recurrent motif in Gabriel Kuri’s oeuvre. Arranged in four rows, most seem to have slight pink or red marks, generally an indication to alert users that a role of paper within the machine are about to run out. Kuri collects such receipts and adds such a “warning” to the print itself.

The work combines two printing techniques: lithograph print of a collection of receipts and a pink stripe produced with monotype. Gabriel Kuri was invited to create a limited edition for The Armory Show fair in 2011.
