Executed in acrylic on canvas, this large-scale work, Angry House, depicts an anthropomorphic house scowling at the edge of a pine forest at night. A castellated white tower rises from the pitched roof, while the gabled façade, set between four triangular windows, carries a face: furrowed green brows, vibrant red eyes, a prominent nose, and a downturned mouth above the front door. The house’s crisp, rounded volumes read as part toy, part theme-park architecture, rendered with smooth surfaces and even light. Dark conifers rise against a deep blue night sky, framing the building’s stylized expression.
