A machine to imagine simultaneous views of multiple characters, actions, narratives and associations consists of a steel panel mounted on the wall. The panel is equipped with two thermal receipt printers and a button which is placed in the center. When a viewer presses the button, the left printer emits a small slip of blue paper containing the first sentence of a novel. Following a delay the printer on the the right hand side will dispense a slip of green paper with the last sentence of a novel.
